Cisco Voice Support
A Sydney based IT Support Company is currently looking for people with Cisco/Voice skills to work in support team.
Essential Skills:
· Extensive CISCO experience and in-depth knowledge (ideally minimum of three years)
· Experience working in complex network and telephony environment
· Solid background in voice
· CCVP certification desirable
Experience in the following technologies is essential:
· Cisco Call Manager
· Cisco Unity Connection
· Cisco Unified Contact Center Express
· Cisco CME
In addition, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are an absolute must. The primary functions of this role will include maintain and support of Cisco Telephony systems, manage customer tickets, including monitoring system performance and proactive and reactive correction of faults. The right person for this role will be very much hands-on person taking complete ownership of this position looking after Voice tickets.
