Position Title: Senior Wireless Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY
An international telecommunication company is seeking for senior Wireless E2E expert who has rich knowledge and skills on UTRAN design, implementation and maintenance. You will be responsible for producing service proposal and designs in order to produce efficient and cost effective service solutions. As a Senior Network engineer, you will be accountable to present customer the service value and be sensitive to customer need, so that you can bridge the customer needs to our service value.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Presale Bidding Accountabilities
l Work with pre-sale team to bid tender with engineering service solution, including network design service, network migration service, network rollout service.
l Understand customer needs on network evolution service.
l Present Service Strategy & Solution to match the customer needs on high level.
Professional Service Accountabilities
l Work with Service Delivery Managers to detect and capture the service opportunities from customer.
l Understand customer needs and transfer the needs to technical requirements.
Present service solution to customer at conceptual and architectural level.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
l Familiar with WCDMA fundamental principles, network structure, interface protocols, such 3GPP, IMS;
l Network design and data fill experience on 3G network are required;
l IOT, MVI test experiences are optimal;
l Minimal 5 years Australia wireless industry experience;
l NSN, E/// UTRAN experience preferred;
