The Role

Developing and supporting high level, complex solutions, IPFX require an experienced, self-motivated Network Administrator/UC Engineer for our engineering support group based in the North Sydney/St Leonards area.

The Focus of this role is to provide 3rd Level Engineering Support to our Customers, Reseller channel and Sales staff as well as Project related work.

This role is predominantly phone-based, with extensive use of remote access technologies; however occasional direct customer facing work is also required.

The Skills

This is a demanding role requiring the successful applicant to have in depth technical knowledge of Cisco Data networks, voice/sip troubleshooting, Microsoft OS and Applications, Telephony systems and Server hardware. You will need to be organised and willing to take a hands-on approach to problem solving and management. To be successful in the role you will need to have extensive IT experience with proven problem solving techniques, a strong customer focus and a willingness to succeed.
