Since the beginning of Anant’s professional career, he has always thrived in creating order out of uncertainty. Over a period, it has become a passion; the ‘high’ of achieving tangible and sustained business outcomes for both the employer and the customers in seemingly undefined or grey business environment is a reward worth toiling for!!
Anant worked as Global Assurance Delivery Manager at Telstra for over three years. He led from the front to transform his assurance team from an Australia based 24X7 presence to a true global ‘Follow-The-Sun’ organisation with regional presence in APAC and EMEA. Anant’s team has supported a sustained business growth in Cisco based Enterprise Collaboration solutions (Hosted Collaboration Solutions, WebEx Teams etc) of 35% PA over 3 years both domestically and globally.
Along the way, Anant has created a confident team of engineers who can operate out of their comfort zone and are well equipped to thrive in the toughest of circumstances.
Anant loves to automate, innovate and optimize any tasks or processes that are repetitive or do not add business value. Consequently, he has been instrumental in building data-driven performance dashboards and engineering automation tools that have resulted in significant improvements (30+ %)in operational KPIs.
Anant is passionate about any assignments or hobbies he undertake. He truly believes in personal authenticity and transparency as he find it fosters genuine collaboration between teams, peers and customers alike. This results in greater motivational levels and engagement levels with employees and peers alike, and consequently a fantastic customer experience.
